Nvidia Gtx 1660 Ti Price
A brushed metal plate gives the card a classy look while helping enhance the structure. Built-in RGB lighting lights up your rig wit brilliant colors and mesmerizing lighting effects, which will surely wow everyone when turned on. Pros:Took to OC very well. RGB lights work great. I’ve used this in a normal setup and a vertical GPU setup as well.
Fans work great to cool and stay quiet under load. Fantastic design on the backplate. Benchmarking and FPS testing, this card does fantastic on stock settings.
Game play is just as good. Consistent 60+ FPS on every game so far even on ultra settings. Destiny, overwatch, Pubg, fortnite. It’s paired with a Ryzen 5 and 16gb ddr4 3000mhz Ram.Cons:Price.
For another $40 bucks you can get a 2060. It’s might not be as pretty but on paper it performs better. Pros:Excellent performance and coolingLooks great: design and RGBCons:Nothing to report hereOverall Review:I was previously using an EVGA 1060 3GB (single fan) and struggled to play most games at 1080p without the card overheating.
For example, I had to put most settings on low or off in order to play APEX Legends at 1080p, but even then, usually had temperatures around 80C (the card is set to throttle at 83C, but the effects of the heat were noticeable before that).Wow, what a difference with this MSI 1660 Ti in both gaming performance and cooling. This card is incredibly cool while able to run anything I’ve thrown at it at 1080p on high settings.
The fans don’t even kick in until the card reaches 62 or 63C, but with my two 140mm Noctua case fans set on a pretty aggressive fan curve (running at 90% when the GPU reaches just 45C), the fans on this card don’t even turn on for some games and just cools passively.Example temps and FPS from some random games below:60Hz, 1080p displayEverything on 1080p on “high settings” or greaterSetup: i5 8400 (stock cooler of course), 16gb corsair vengeance 2666, WD Green SSD, MSI B360M, NZXT H400iApex Legends:Avg. FPS: 157If you have loud case fans, this card could definitely help you keep them quieter by letting the card take care of the cooling (would also be great if you have a front mounted radiator). I haven’t even done any overclocking, but seeing how cool this runs I can foresee being able to squeeze quite of bit more performance out of this card (which also means it will likely remain a capable 1080p card for a few more years). When the fans do turn on, I can’t even hear them. I have only heard coil whine once, but that was when I started my PC from being unplugged and may have been it “warming up” (do GPUs do that?) or something because I played without my headphones on to double check and it was quiet and I haven’t heard anything since then nor had I before then.To top it all off it is a very attractive card with nice RGB lighting. Not too much else you can ask for.Build quality is good too. The card is neither too heavy, nor “too light”, as in, so light it feels cheap. On the contrary it feels solid and is well balanced with no GPU sag noticeable at all.
In my NZXT H400i, it reaches just passed the motherboard with a few inches between it and the side panel, so it is an excellent size. The brushed metal backplate looks great and feels high quality. The card, in my opinion, looks better in person than it does in pictures (while looking just as good if not better than in review videos as well). The back of the card is a slightly darker chrome-like finish than what appears in pictures. The rest of the coloring is fairly well represented in pictures. Can’t add too much to the debate between this and say the 1660 or 2060 other than the performance of this card is solid and vastly superior to my old 1060 3GB.I don’t regret shelling out a few more bucks to get this high-end model as a result of its performance, quality, and how aesthetically pleasing it is.Also of note, I was able to redeem the Fortnite code if that is of concern to you (I don’t play it and just checked it for this review).
Pros:-High boost clocks-Great overclocking (+1500memory, +125core)-Great preformance for the price-Looks greatCons:-MSI 'Dragon Center' software is pure garbage-Stuck on rainbow puke mode, ruining my black/white themed buildOverall Review:Don't get me wrong, this graphics card preforms great, overclocks great and looks great, given you can get it to behave. For me, it's stuck on rainbow puke mode endlessly. None of the MSI software can control it, even with a fresh copy of windows, making my card endlessly stuck on rainbow puke mode.I've contacted MSI support and posted on the forum, both with no help.Mystic light is just completely grayed out when I select it, even though it shows my graphics card.I returned the single fan Asus 1660ti and used the refund to buy this card, and since I purchased this card with the refund they're not letting me send it back because there isn't technically anything wrong with the card, just the software.

Pros:I have had this card less than a month, so far no problems. We'll see if that is the same 6 months from now.Cons:They bundled Fortnight with this card and added $45.00 to the price of the card.
NVIDIA won't honor the digital code which new egg says is good until June 22 2019. I am thinking of filing a BBB complaint on new egg and NVIDIA as well as report it to the FTC as fraud. If I wanted Fortnight I would buy it. These so called promo's are phony, and need to stop!Overall Review:YES I would recommend the card but would recommend you buy from a company that does not bundle unwanted item's and have the gall to charge you for them and not deliver on it!
